I just realized that Naruto one of the greatest anime/manga doesn’t have a fanclub on here
So this is the Official Opening for the Naruto Fanclub
I will appoint me to be the Hokage [Leader of the Leaf Village]
The ranks will resemble the same ranks as in the anime/manga
If you want to be a member post your rank if still available
Here is how it’s going to go for each village
Kage > S Class Ninja > Hidden Village Councils > ANBU > ANBU "Ne" (Root) > Jounin > Special Jounin > Chuunin, Genin

If you want to be a Kage for another village you can be If available.

(Edit: about the ANBU and ANBU root only for leaf village
the other villages can make their own special team)

Anyone can make their own Clan/Team!

and rank 2... thats not how high the rank is, its how many people can hold the title
ex. in the leaf village they only have 3 Hidden Village Councils
