man good chap but now we will have a ton of people saying that sabo is dead.
oh well i hope sabo is not dead it looks that way but we just saw his ship get crush not him so let hope he is ok.

Since One Piece is taking a break next week, it's probly the end of the flashback, as well, Sabo isn't dead, otherwise it wouldn't bring anything to the manga itself.

I think hes dead, it helped mature Asce and get him to recognize his emotions, this is why hes the protective bigger brother of Luffy

Ace was already the "Protective Brother" even before the letter. Which is why I believe Sabo is alive, Luffy will meet him later, with out recognizing each other and when Luffy will use his gomu gomu ability, Sabo will recognize him~ haha. Oh well, got to believe he's alive. Otherwise, Sabo's character wouldnt have brought much to manga beside more harsh time for Luffy and Ace.

To be honest though, I don't think Oda will kill an interesting character like Sabo that has so much connection to Luffy and Ace.

yeah and i think that oda did not show him die for a reason. i mean in most flash backs he shows the dead person die. i still think he is not dead
