I my favorite is Gundam Seed and Seed Destiny's music. Martian Successor Nadesico's opening was pretty good too.

I love E7's soundtrack, though I found Death Note's the most consistently awesome, especially the second OP/ED.

I think Deathnote has great anime music, in opening,ending,also in bgm. And also naruto, i collect almost all of the music ops & eds.

I like Cowboy Bebop and Macross Plus. Both mostly by Yoko Kanno.

But anything by L'Arc-en-CieL is also good.
