Well the Gargantuan didnt do shit to the Kyuubi so my vote goes to the good ol spirit bomb.

As for more power, of course without a doubt the spirit bomb. However, when animated, the gargantuan is gonna look far more badass cause of that rotation, just makes it look cooler.

I mean seriously. This will always be the answer. Not to mention the Spirit bomb does massive damage to those with evil hearts.

This isn't even a contest in terms of power, the spirit bomb often has the power of an entire solar system, it could easily wipe out the entire Naruto world. If memory serves the giant Rasengan was said to be able to hollow out a mountain, even Master Roshi was able to destroy mountains easily with his Kamehameha Wave. In terms of raw power there is really no comparison between attacks used in Dragonball Z and those of Naruto.
