Morgan - nope, and why would he? 'axe-hand' morgan was a joke
Buggy the Clown - been back, he'll never join shanks since he thinks shanks ruined his life with the DF, not to mention he thinks they're rivals
Kuro - would prob be the coolest person to come back, though i dont see how he would come back unless its a freak meeting
Don Krieg - who cares, he'll only come back in gin comes back which is unlikely
Arlong - maybe in fishman island, though he wont be a SH nor a main antagonist like before
Wapol - this is the guy that eats things right? if so yea its unlikely
Rob Lucci - I'm hoping, i mean chances are he does come back at least somewhere in the story, though like the rest of this list, i doubt he'll be a main antagonist
Gecko Moria - guy's dead, or if by any miracle Oda saves him he wont be worried about SH's

While Gin would be ok(as he did have the character of someone who could get stronger, i.e oda gave him a personality), i doubt 420chapters later he'll come back.

yeah im not a big fan of gin either...no club membership for me thank you haha

but i do thing morgan is going to come back sometime, maybe even just a flashback of helmeppo capturing him or him turning up and the marines stopping him or something
