I don't think Tashigi could take on Buggy, outsmart him yes but she can't really do anything against him unless she wields a pistol.

And there was hint Zeff went into the New World I'll admit it's subtle but it sure is a good one since Baratia arc was like what 10-13 years ago? Zeff told Luffy when he was trying give him his log book of the Grandline "You know they call the Grandline Paradise." 10 years later we get what chapter 595 I think of the Supernova's first imbarking into the New World that the first half is Paradise. That's some what of a hint Zeff at least saw the first part of the New World.

Luffy can't beat Jozu, he still has a while to go before considering him top tier which is Admiral level. Which is what Jozu and Marco and Whitebeard and Vista was fighting on par with. I consider Mihawk that high to he was acknowledge by the admirals in the war, specifically Akainu himself was surprised.

Comparing to the world Luffy Pre-time skip = munchkin After Time Skip = Medium Tier fight same group with the other Nova's (Current Nova's not pre)

Also if Coby really did get trained by Garp him vs Robin would be interesting fight since Robin was under Dragon's wing haha. Literally Father vs Son Disciplines.

For Tashigi I am using a big assumption that the combination of an extra 2 years to train, a goal to bash Zoro and hanging out with a logia would mean she has learnt how to deal with DF users. But again that's a big assumption

Luffy vs Kid => Luffy (CoA against Kid's weapon-control atacks, and pummel him nice and quick in g2)
Zoro vs Drake => Zoro (he'll cut that t-rex up eventiually)
Sanji vs Apoo => Sanji (though those sound-attacks might give sanji some trouble)

The 3 half brothers all the way! Moria is useless so Sabo can just falcon punch him, Sento will lose to Luffy in a really close battle and Ace would beat Magnelan purely because their abilities are a poor match in ace's favor

running out of ideas but how about dragon vs Garp in his prime

Can't completely agree with you here...
I think enels ability (and kizarus) simply beats Aokijis in more ways than one,
you're understimating enel a bit (prlly cause of the mistakes he made against luffy)
And personaly I think kizaru would win against red dog.
(but that's all just my opinion, maybe yourse is right ^^)

Haven't seen enough of ussop to awnser that one,
same for brownbeard (for al we know he kicked Basil Hawkins* ass lol)
But from what we've seen so far, I think ussop could outsmart him.
