OMFG NOT EVERY STRONG PERSON HAS HAKI OMG that is a major pet pev of mine HAKI in japan does not mean strong one piece person SO please dont think just cuz there at the top they have any level of HAKI

but thats what he is saying they must have super haki cuz there t at the top of the WG its the same thing and its totally not right now could some of them haki sure i guess but if u use that logic every one who is at the top of some thing has haki and thats not the case look its just a really bad assumption

No, he thinks the gorosei is the strongest in the WG and the his reasoning for that is they might have uber strong haki. His statement doesn't imply that every top WG official has haki.

no what i said is some one cant have haki just cuz there strong and thats what he meant the point is not every strong person has haki so its a totally mute assumption to say they do

Again that's not what he meant. He says that the gorosei probably have uber strong haki so they are the strongest. He did not say the gorosei are the strongest so they must have haki. That is two totally different statement.
