I don't think it's confirmed.

Point is: If Edo tensei was Tobirama's Jutsu, then as former Hokage it is likely that he passed on his knowledge in some Tome that is handed to succeeding Hokages, hence the idea of it being in the forbidden scroll.

Even if it is not in the "forbidden scroll" per se, it still could be in some other script. Afterall, Orochimaru did not invent it, Tobirama did.

Exactly.. some pages before, someone said that the dead demon seal could be written inside the forbidden scroll and that Naruto could learn how to use it.

Thats why I said;

IF The Dead Demon Seal was written in the " forbidden " scroll, then why didn't Orochimaru knew about it?? ( assuming that Edo Tensei was written inside this scroll,.. don't understand me wrong )

- Sarutobi knew about it, so I think that Yondaime just showed him which hand seals he must perform for bringing up the dead demon seal.

I still think that " that jutsu " is related to the kyuubi and not the dead demon seal. Naruto needs a power for fighting Madara, Sasuke, Simple EMS..

Yes its on the Forbidden Scroll probably the last jutsu written on it. Which means it was written on the scroll after Orochimaru left and as such would not have been learned by Orochimaru.

How ever I'll stick with my Sarutobi taught Edo to Orochimaru as a thought exercise theory especially since Sarutobi was not suprised that Orochimaru could do it.

Its much more likely that Sarutobi could use Edo, but chooses not to based on his statements about it in the manga...

Then there is what the Second said about it being forbidden or Taboo Indicating that more people then him could probably use it, but its not like its widely taught.

TRANSLATION ISSUE!!! - I checked the official release. Where Sandaime says 'previous hokage' in the scan, viz has it as 'very first hokage' so it is possible Orochimaru could have gotten it from the scroll before he left.

Although I have no solid evidence, it would seem that in a contest between Edo Tensei and Shiki Fuuin, Shiki wins, that is why Hiruzen was able to seal the 1st and 2nd Hokage away, after they had been summoned using Edo Tensei.

That's true, although Edo Tensei does have the tremendous advantage of freeing the summoner, since it's the summons who do the fighting...or do they?
I've always wondered if Orochimaru didn't move while the summoned hokages were fighting because he was too optimistic, or because he couldn't. If the summoner couldn't move it'd give Edo Tensei some semblance of balance.

On the other hand, Shiki Fuujin requires the user to catch the enemy and hold him for at least a few seconds so the Death God can pluck out their souls, so a long-range ninja might very well suck at this particular jutsu, and that's the last thing they'll suck at, since Shiki Fuujin also presents the ultimate drawback of killing its user.
