    True it would be more logical to think that if a existing character is going to be SH's new member picks it up and gives it back, Luffy asks them to join, that is a suckage theory but it's better than storming and i don't like any existin charater's(not in SH) enough to think they are fit to join SH

    It is not confirmed but i think he is still alive when he is turned to a cyborg but just like franky he is not 100% robot since he still has his memory and still obey his own thoughts. Well at least not a couple of days before the war were doflamingo said that kuma went to his final transformation to a 100% pacifista and the real kuma is now dead. that's why kuma didn't even recognize ivankovs face
