Winnowing out the D's?

You know, I've noticed something...a lot of the people with the middle initial D have died in this series. What if all the people with the initial D in their name represent a potential outcome, and as the story goes along, these possible futures are cut away, until we end up with a final conflict between two final "D" people, Blackbeard and Luffy?

I doubt it, I mean they're probably a Royal Family or some sort or a Kingdom that fell under the World Government and their remnants are scattered or whatever the hell they are.

But if Luffy vs. Blackbeard in the end happens, I'll shit my pants.

Actually, I hope BB doesn't get to survive until the last arc. I don't like him as the big last evil guy to kill in the series. I'd prefer some kind of Luffy vs Marines or Luffy vs Dragon.

I think they will fight in the end, maybe in raftel. After SH crew beat BB crew marines will storm into the scene and capture SH. They will be executed but all the people SH meet will try to rescue them and we all gonna have a royal rumble in the end. I hope that happens
