OP's idea isn't that farfetched. the jutsu he's saying is pretty much similar to chidori nagashi sasuke uses to defend himself.

More like Kaiten, cause that's chakra manipulation only

The recent chapter(515) shows a cool picture naruto using his cloak to form rasengans. The thing that caught my eye was the fact he didn't need his hands to make the rasengans or it looked like that anyway. It technically wasn't part of the plot section of the manga but interesting none the less.

Back to the point for naruto or anyone for that matter to make rasengan around his body he would need to be able to make a rasengan without his hands which could be implied in this picture.



Not exactly evidence but worth a thought.

I was thinking of the oppoiste way that all the rasengan users using the rasengan.

So far rasengan users ram a rasengan into the target or target's technique, the target gets repeled backwards, massive damage etc..

But if the opposite happened and the target or a target's technique rams into the rasengan? I would imagine the target would also get repelled away also

your forgetting that inside the rasengan the charka is twisting around. if you where inside a rasengan your would be ripped apart

Well yes and no.

In the core right in the middle is just a point of chakra. Naruto be in that if he could make the core of the rasengan big enought to fit in.

Look at this from the lost tower movie, we have naruto and minto in rasengan it did repel attacks.

But if the case comes where naruto combines sage mode and kynbi charkra to get a new form of sage mode well then he could just use pains repel technique... Accept with pure kynbi charkra as he does here to kabuto

I know this thread is long dead, but I just learned the Edo Tensei, and wanted to revive it if only for a short while.

This post by @Hatake Kakashi seems to have been forgotten/ignored or what ever. If he can only do it while wearing some sort of cloak then he won't need it, maybe in Sage mode, but he already can take pretty much damage, and it's safe to assume that it would take allot of chakra to do something like that.
