Even Nnoitora was able to make Kenpachi get serious and he was espada #5... I doubt Aizen (who is above all espada) would be worried about Kenpachi, he could illusion him and then slice off his head, easy.
So WW has regeneration too? I think Yamamoto will still win against WW but I think in the time he is fighting him Aizen will be powering up some super kidou attack or something to wipe out Yamamoto. He said it himself he is no match for Yama so he might be using WW as a distraction so that he can do something more...A pie in the sky?
