Actually since Aizen has them all under complete hypnosis he could make them not hear Ichigo, so we are viewing everything in the illusion not in a 3rd person perspective unaffected by the illusion. I actually kinda don't think that's the actual Hinamori but just another illusion Aizen used to mess with Hitsuguya, if it was the real Hinamori, Ichigo who is supposedly unaffected would have stepped in.

This. Not sure what I think about the spoilers. It would've been much more neat if Aizen actually had been cut. I said I wasn't sure about last chapter, and it seems still am not :( I want the story to progress in some kind of nice direction.
