The person Hitsugaya stabbed was Hinamori, and the person lying below is Aizen.
完全催眠を食らっていて全員気がつかず
They were all put under complete hypnosis without knowing it.
雛森　シロちゃん…なん…で？
Hinamori: "Shiro-chan...Why?"
ｶﾞｸﾌﾞﾙする素人が怒りで特攻し平子達も特攻するが
Hitsugaya shakes with rage, and he and the others use their special attacks,
あっさりバッサバッサと斬られ全滅
but they are all quickly cut down.

I think I'm actually gonna like this chapter. Anything where Hitsugaya gets schooled after some arrogance deserves some bit of applause, and in this he gets schooled back to kindergarten. I pity him for once.
