Not quite the point I was going for. I realize that Smeargle can learn any attack in the game. But you were speaking about Ditto not having any other attack than Transform, the only attack Smeargle naturally learns is Sketch. Both of them have their two separate ways of acquiring new attacks, yet you prefer one over the other for evolution.

Yes, i know the point you we're trying to go for, i only twisted it around because it's funnier that way. And who wouldn't choose Smeargle over Ditto. It would be completely stupid to choose Ditto. Ditto can only transform into it's opponent's active pokemon, it will have same attacks, same stats. The only times that Ditto would do pretty good was if it was facing a dragon, because Dragon's are weak to dragon, and every dragon carries a dragon type move, stab. As for Smeargle, well, i don't have to explain myself again, do I? I will do this:

See, that's where you are wrong. Smeargle is like a PS3, "it can only do EVERYTHING".
It's the only pokemon that can learn ANY attack. Going up against Smeargle leads is annoying as fuck. As i said, it can learn any move, therefore it can have the best lead moveset, and of course, every damn smeargle runs Spore, bcos 100% accu.

Therefore, not only Sketch.

So, this leads me to my next point. A Ditto evolution would sound pretty cool, only, it would do the same thing, it would probably be a transforming Muk/Kum. Nothing would change, it would still transform into the opposing Pokemon, have the exact same stats as it, and the moves it would obtain would all have 5PP, meaning, USELESS. And as a plus, Ditto doesn't copy HP points.

As for a Smeargle evo, it would not only be faster, but it would actually turn into a way better lead. Nuff said, I'm sure you can put things together without me having to explain why Smeargle outclasses Ditto in every way.

I'll probably be getting black if I find Platinum and like it(cuz Sh_tHappenz lost it trying' to play a different game ). So far, the only Pokemon game I played was FireRed, and honestly, I think the FireRed won in the war against Platinum in the graphics department. I hope they switch back to 2D. 3D just looks really akward and unnatural.

the first 3 where Zapdos, Articuno, and Moltres witch where in control of the weather then was mew the genetically ancestor of all pokemon.
next up is lugia and ho-ho the ruler of the seas and the ruler of the sky's then Raikou, entei and Suicune the 3 rainbow beasts resurrected by ho-ho and celebi the gaurdian of the forests and time.

then you get allot of useless legendaries like Registeel and Latias. then it just gets silly.Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza shapers of the lands, seas, and sky wow they are just like god oh no will get to him later.
skiping alot of legendary that lack legend we get to Uxie embodying knowledge, Mesprit embodying emotion, and Azelf embodying willpower. and then more god pokemon Dialga of space, Palkia of time, and Giratina of antimatter.

and then the most silly of them all Arceus the creator of everything just like god. but i thought all pokemon evolved(like in the darwin way) form mew you ask ? nope the fact that mew's DNA is said to contain the genetic codes of all Pokémon, and that many scientists believe Mew to be the ancestor of Pokémon. is all not true even though its said in the pokedex in the genIV games. so what are the Black and White gonna be the creators of the creator of the world?
