Hopefully Bach will get close. This is also why I like Aizen.

There was too much fighting and not enough plot-relevant info being tossed around to balance it all out, so it was tough to sit through the "smallfry fights" until the main events (i.e., Aizen proceeding to curbstomp everyone).
Although the HM arc was long, it still was awesome. Comparable to Naruto's "Akatsuki arc". The fights were awesome enough and there was a lot of them. Byakuya, Mayuri, Zaraki, Hitsugaya, Shunsui, Barringan (arguably the best arrancar), Ulq, Stark, and Halibel...even Urahara, Yama-jii, and Isshin had cameo apperances. Plus, Shinji (my fav visard). To top it all off, Zangetsu was losing control, Hichigo was taking control, and we got to see Hichigo 2.0!!!

EDIT: I combined the "HM" arc with "the fake Karakou town" accidently. The HM is still awesome.

The problem was that was literally all there was to it. Once that was taken care of, they (at the time) were killed off or were otherwise never to be seen again. So what was the point of introducing Fullbringer abilities? Nothing, that's what. Fullbringer abilities as a whole will likely not have anymore relevance.
Hmmm, no explanation for that one. Although, like someone said, it could be (fullbring) to tie everything together.

Giving us readers stuff that's actually has some effect on the plot makes the manga feel like it has substance, and that substance is what makes most manga good. If he can execute this way all the way up to the end, I'm sure everyone will conveniently forget that they ever entertained thoughts of dropping the manga.
Cant knock Kubo for this. He's adressing things that people were interested in. All the while still adding twist (where's Naruto's twwist? Saskue?)

Bakuman is about editors and manga artists.

Zero to be fair, I don't think that's how it always works.

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.
