The part where Shikamaru talks Naruto out of his sad slump after Jiraiya dies always gets to me. Also, when Naruto is yelling at Chiyo over Gaara's deadness. TEH ANGST.

And then in Fruits Basket, when Yuki talks about all the horrid things his parents/Akito put him through. Poor guy :(

I don't really cry often. I do, however, get choked up.
There were a few scenes in FMA, including the littel girs transfigured.
Asumas death, Shikamaru smoking that last ciggarette, and Chojis butterfly wing battle.
When younger Toguro died and walked into "HELL".

I really don't cry at most Shounen. I suspend my disbelief enough to suspend my emotions when reading/watching them. Even One Piece's supposed emotional moments didn't affect me in anyway.

I did shed a tear in certain moments in Suzuka. Even though I had watched the anime before (and cried in certain scenes), and knew what was going to happen, I still shed a tear during those same moments.

When I think about it, One piece was the one that almost got me. When robbing shouted out she wanted to live and the straw hat crew lined up on the edge of that building all badass, that was epic
