I think it would be better if Nell pwned the Tesla shemale thing. That way the story might just get going back to logic.
Nell fight Tesla. Ichi fights Noitora. Orihime heals Grimmjow (lets just think Ichi might have the "I kicked your ass so now you are on my side" effect that Naruto has) & they go to save Rukia & Chad. KT should really explain their faiths to us soon.

The first one (less likely to be real, I will go find the kana, it was posted hours ago though) said roughly:

- Almost instantly Nell transforms and there is a page title/opening page of her in her adult form. Then it almost immediately goes into a flash back of her fighting Nnoitra infront of Aizen for the 5th seat in the Espada. Nnoitra sliced Nell and left her for dead. Then it returned to the present and she was going to fight Nnoitra, they also mentioned no Ishida and Renji this week.

Then there was this one which I think is more likely to be real but heck who knows, thanks to Danna for correcting the last line before i posted it:

イチゴがピンチになって、ネルが変貌する
Ichigo is in a bit of trouble so Nell transforms
身長も大きくなるし胸もボイン
Her height grows as does her boobs
ノイトラがネルの頭を割ったその衝撃でネルは十刃だったのをわすれてるよ
