I'm on a different planet to the rest of guys by the looks of it.
Modern Warfare 2 isn't even on my radar, nor are any of the other big games (Although Bioshock 2 looks pretty kewl).
For me, the game that's made this year on PS3 is Agarest: Generations of War <3

Came out on the 30th in the EU, it doesn't come to US till next year.
I grabbed the collecters edition and got a fukken splendid art book full of fan service pics including the many female characters :<
The game is a SRPG with Dating Sim/Eroge elements, a lovely CG gallery where all the fan service shots get saved and a solid grid based fighting system.

Ghostlight are brilliant, they didn't even bother with an english dub, so it's just subbed with original voices <3

It's pretty sad that NA will only get it by downloading it through PSN while EU get a hard copy of the game.

You guys can always import though, there's a thread on the Agarest board at gamefaqs/gamespot. Alot of americans ordered the collectors edition from the UK, seems they had no trouble with it.

I think it's worth it, I'd import if the tables were turned.

Consider buying the ones in bold. Definitely buy the ones in bold underline. Also buy Super Street Fighter IV. Problem solved.

I'd get Borderlands, haven't played it myself but the rpg ellements sure look awesome. If only they used the old look it would have been GOTY for sure. Modern Warfare 2 is also great though.
So it pretty much comes to this: if you're a single player man get borderlands, if you like to have a great multiplayer game you should already know that you are in need of Modern Warfare 2.
Also the Saboteur seems rather good too, it shouldn't have priority but if you can pick it up for say, 30 bucks, it'll be worth it, I hope.


P.S; Arisato-kun, you forgot to [ b ][ / b ] Assasin's Creed 2, from what I've seen it's a vast improvement to Assasin's Creed. My only fear is that they are going to pull of an Indigo Prophecy at the end again
