Madara takes a hit for the stint he played as Tobi. Aizen has been badass from the start it seems. Also, Aizen (right now) is Evil for the sake of being Evil. He hasn't had any backstory development to make us try to sympathize with his actions yet. Aizen's doing what he's doing simply because he can. Did I mention Aizen believes in Team Fire? Poor Halibel....

Aizen, simply because he kills his own subordinates and doesn't care for anyone except himself and to obtain power. Madara, on the other hand, wants power too, but has never killed his own subordinates and seems to be a bit nicer ^^

.....Well right now obviously Aizen would kill Madara.
Madara said himself that right now he is a just a shell of his former self. Maybe if Madara had hisfull strength back it would be more of a fair fight.
