really enjoyed the chapter. lots of info, some nice fanservice, and good action from midnight and erza. the only thing that could ruin it now would be for natsu to get involved in this fight. hopefully that doesn't happen...

Also agree, this was a really nice chap full of lots of content. The Evil staff I thought was pretty funny. Erza fighting Midnight also seems like a unique and surprising in a good way opponent for Midnight whose powers completely break the magic norm(now doesn't that sound hypocritical)
Excited to see what happens next. I want a Natsu vs. talking staff battle NAO!
As long as everything just keeps on flowing forward, then that's already enough.

Finally... things are starting to pick up again, well done.
By the looks of it, it's Erza who would take down midnight which is good. Her new armor looks good.
Yes TRUE. We really don't need him and his plot no jutsu to ruin this fight for us.

Hmm... it's possible Midnight's magic doesn't affect living things — all we've seen him affect so far are inanimate objects like Erza's armor and sword, etc.
Maybe Erza should just fight naked.
