It depends how far are you along in the chapter.

Well, there should be no doubt becaue if you're not a host of a Bijuu (=Jinchuuriki) you're not a Jinchuuriki anymore, right? And as we've seen the Bijuu has been extracted so Gaara is not a Jinchuuriki anymore. Thats also the reason why he died btw.

If you wonder now why he's still alive although he was dead the answer is that chiyoba-sama, or however this senile woman is called, revived him with her ultimate secret forbidden technique which she developed to revive puppets.

Summary: Gaara != Jinchuuriki
