That´s what i thought too. Something is definitly strange with Kuma. Maybe they had controlled him with something at the time at Thriller Bark and Archipel and after he send everyone flying to the moon the goverment completly took controll over him.

Or maybe nothing has changed with him after archipel and he just doesn´t like "Dr. Frank N. Furter" alias Ivankov

We will see soon when he fights Luffy face to face... i hope he doesn´t send him fly again
