I'm sure the reason why Luffy didn't even bother looking at Boa's body is because he's soo hungry, I mean the guy was chased by the girls everywhere then he was forced to fight in Gear Second agains't the two sisters.
Still though, it was soo epic hahaha, oh and I really think that Luffy X Boa will happen well atleast I'm looking forward to it.

i wonder if oda is going to make luffy gay or just not sexually attracted to anyone..
if anything i doubt it would be stated in the open. because luffy is plenty old enough to be captivated by "the most beautiful woman in the world" .......unless hes gay or not attracted to peopleSpoiler!

i see how we can think Luffy is Gay...but remember Dragon Ball, how Goku proposed to Chichi not knowing what marriage was...hahahaha... and yet he married Chichi and was happy with her... i guess it will be the same here, with a One Piece twist...
its hinted how Boa will be on the SH crew as the captains woman! lol
