Well, he was a kid so you cant expect him to have had a common sense, or unleast some lil portion of it. Thats where the parents SHOULD had fit in !! However, this is a tricky thing bcs not even parents can take care of a kid all-day long. So in the end it was also a fault of the kid, he did a REALLY stupid thing and in most cases that ends badly.
