I'm sure Haguro has some special demon killing weapon that will barely save his ass from Chiba because like the chapter says he's just toying with Haguro. He'll leave him an opening or something and Haguro will get lucky again like Inugami said he always does.

I just can't see Chiba living after this fight but that's just me.
