Considering Naruto is up to chapter 516 and not 441 it could be lies. Also there is usually a message at the end of the chapter telling us if theres a break or not.

But dont take my word for it.

It's a spambot. It copied some other old post from the internet (notice the old chapter numbers and the supposed start of Medaka Box which began a long time ago) and posted it on the most relevant thread here with ads on his signature.
