all i can see is that the rain needs to be stopped for her to use her jutsu to find the intruder (jiraiya), it doesnt really mean she is weak for water..

If her jutsu turns her into butterflies so she can get from place to place, it would only make sense that Pein would have to stop the rain as its really hard for butterflies to fly in heavy rain. It doesnt mean she is weak to water element attacks.

even if, from what it looks like, she uses paper, then i'd guess she found a way to overpower water attacks, evenso, there still are fire users who defeat water users, we can't really judge whether she is less strong then pein, but it still is an disadvantage

hmmm...i think if we look at the elemental composition of paper..it will be like water and earth..so i guess she won't be that weak against water..besides..why is she with pein if she's weak with water....if she is really weak against water elements..then...she can't compliment his teammate..which is pein^^
