Tokyo red hood is more about the guro and the loli, so I don't think it can be classified as horror manga. And it's not that fucked up, really.

I thought it was a creepy story, especially all the eating of people and chopping up of them... One particualrly messed up part was when she turned the angel into a kitten and what happens after lol.

I searched the whole web and all the manga sites i know and i found no clue..

All i found is ppl who talk about it which proves that it exist but i can't find it anywhere..

So dose it have an alternative name?

If not,can some one point me to the right direction?

If you searched all the sites you know and didn't find this manga I'm afraid your knowledge must be very small. Moreover, you could just look it up in mangaupdates and grab it directly from the scanlators' site.

I've already done that and i found out that the search engine there isn't working which forced me to look it up the hard way that also led me to another dead end.

So i think your "knowledge" needs to be updated.
