Lekshoo has a pretty impressive list of Direct Download sites for Naruto/Bleach episodes,

Watched 20 last night, they're hardcore ruining this series. It's great that they want to go slow to avoid fillers but more than half the episode was glaring and angles and repeating lines. I was hoping they'd at LEAST do the action scenes at a normal pace...

Is the episode that bad? I'll go watch it now...

Edit: Watched it. At some point, it was horrible. It took them 12 minutes to start fighting. Even after the 12 minutes, it was 90% talking and dragging a scene. Like blud said, they're really ruining the show.
