when do they usually decide to publish a manga in English? Is there a certain chapter mark they reach and then they start distributing it in places like America or does it depend on popularity?
I'm interested in when the first volume of Psyren will come out in America, thats all.

Usually it all depends on popularity, though it also sometimes depends on the popularity of the mangaka, and also if the series has an anime or not since a lot of times in the states the anime comes first. So atm psyren won't make it to the states for awhile.

Iwas re-reading the old chapters and notice an announcement for a psyren special in Akamaru 09 (this is in chapter 68), so has anyone seen something about this?
