Skin has to be dead and Road turned to dust. It’s really hard to say about Kanda and Krory because Miranda felt that their time is gone, unless Cross do something to their time(probably teleport them to another dimension?) while saving them.

But it could be that she felt that due to the ark's dowloading. If that zone has been downloaded, maybe she cant feel nothing in that zone anymore...
Maybe is just a coincidance too that the two of them "die" in the exact moment when the ark's zone reached the dowloading, and that she feel their time stopping then...
