Controlling Emotions?

Im just wondering if Emotions are control-able or not its a big question for me

if you work as actor or actress, its your job to control them :p
or do you mean real emotions?^^ then its different from person to person, some can hide them and others cant

Do you find yourself unable to control your own emotions? As for me, I find controlling my emotions very easy. Well at least keeping them inside is very easy which is what I mean when I think of "controlling emotions". I don't really think there's a way to keep an emotion from coming up from the depths of your soul though. They go hand in hand with your personality. Anyway, it depends on how you (or anyone) defines 'controlling emotions'.

emotions are controllable, just use your head when you feel an emotion outburst, and remember to breath...things can get pretty easy from there

I don't think anyone can "control" their emotions. In my opinion some people are just better at hiding them.

Females are the only creatures not able to control their emotions. Men should have none. We're supposed to be solid as brick walls. That only breaks down due to extreme weathering.

Expressing emotion are okay, as long as you don't hurt anyone because of them.
