I wonder who else will get the Zebul symbol like Kanzaki next. Aoi and Toujou are a sure thing. Himekawa too and probably Furuichi and Natsume as well. Like I said before these next couple of chapters are going to be fun.

I think kansaki and all the others got the symbol ever since they all lost to Belz in rock-paper-scissors to see who is "the boss"... It activates the moment the person recognises Oga/Belz as the boss i'm guessing.
Thus Toujou doesn't have it... & it's not like he needs it in the first place.

I think it was decided way before that but finally acknowledging that Oga is the boss made the Zebul symbol activate.
