I think Blackbeard's goal is to gather crews from level 4-6 or any stronger prisoner that has the same purpose as crocodile, which is to fight Whitebeard and his crew. Since blackbeard wanted to fight whitebeard. But I think this is his plans to defeat whitebeard and his crew. Anyway, it's just my opinion though,. Oh, another opinion, I think after Blackbeard and Shiryuu fight, win or lose, Shiryuu would join Blackbeard,. =)
