Ryuuma gave the shadow back since his body was destroyed by the fire. Dogpen and Jigoro wouldn't die if they jump, as demonstrated before when the bridge which was supporting Robin, Franky and dozens of General Zombies collapsed.

I thought Ryuuma realised that if he were alive, he would have been beaten with that blow, so he decided to die and lose the fight.

Hoping for a good kick off for the Chopper - Hogback fight, and maybe see whats happening with luffy and Moria.

No... Zombies are vulnerable to fire. Although they no longer feel pain and does not suffer damage if their head is blown up, they are still made of flesh elements like normal human. Human fat is flammable, a zombie would burn until he or her is ash. Once Ryuuma is aflame he realizes that with no source of liquid in close vicinity, he has been defeated. So he chose an honorable death, instead of a last second pointless struggle against Zoro. I am uncertain as to where Ryuuma's honor came from. Did it come from Brook? Or did it originate from the original Legendary Samurai's brain? Another mystery unsolved.

Anybody think that there may be a chance that Cindry will join the Straw Hats? We got a skeleton, why not a zombie? It is perfectly logical.

Hmm I would personally like to see a Cindy join the Straw Hat's side for a moment, it would be fitting if she killed Hogback. Of course then it would be almost a copy of present day Frankenstein work. It would be nice if Oda used the original story for inspiration however.

Summary of original Frankenstein story.

This is questionable, whether the present Cindy is the original Cindy, or is she just somebody else due to the entire shadow issue. If it is the shadow that is truly amounting as her consciousness, why does it matter at all to her regarding the original Cindy's past? Oh whatever.

My predication is that the original Cindy's memory reactivates during the next chapter, give us another tearful and emotional flashback. Cindy kills Hogback and her shadow frees itself willingly. Meanwhile Moria and Luffy are duking out like there is no tomorrow.

I'm wondering if Cindry would even be able to kill Hogback. Although he was trying to run away... I wonder if he's just a weak mofo.

I doubt Hogback has that much fighting skill, and probaly no where near enough to take on Chopper, let alone Robin but doesn't mean he hasn't got any powerful zombies hiding somewhere for him.
