Where did Rin from Kakashi Gaiden go?

I've been wondering that for some time now. Did she die? Did she leave Konoha? I've re-read Kakashi Gaiden but didn't get a full explanation from it.

You guys (Some girl maybe) are my last hope on this matter :X

kakashi said that he had no more people he really cared about anymore, not counting sakura naruto and sasuke back then...

so yes, it's stated she's either dead, or maybe they dont know where she is..

he said no1 he cared for is alive nemore so i assume shes dead... but shes a too good of a character that links with kakashi to be dead so i think shes still alive =P also, does that mean when rin dies kakashi's MS gets stronger?

woah, i can totally imagine what kind of pervy reaction kakashi would have when he faces rin (if she'd still be alive) xD

ya, she most likely dead.. kakashi did say that all the important people in his life were all dead. She did have a crush on Kakashi.. so most likely she died on a mission..
