Being from London is a great criterion for voting someone best moderator/administrator. Location determines ability. It's not a supremacist idea, but a fact.

You see, I agree that someone originating from London is a good reason to vote for them - what can I say? - I'm an Anglophile, and I like their accent, and your concept of geographically determined ability is at least interesting but really, you were lost when you attempted to equate inhabitance of London with competence.
