I understand what you mean by goldenweek and i know it happens every year, what confused me is that you said it was a double issue; don't get that part.

That's the numbering of WSJ - Jumps before the golden week are called Double-issue. To not fuck up the weekly numbering, they make it something like: This weeks Jump is issue #22-23 - hence double-issue.
Normal Jumps are just single-issues, like Jump #24. It's just some order thing, doesn't mean we'd ever get 2 chaps at once.
