Sorry for the poor description but it was about this one dude who had this magic arm or so. He was poor taking care of this little girl. On this poor Island. On the other side there was this one school for gifted people. One guy had this Ad Lib powers. And the another dude could manipulate watermelons.
The main character rival could summon this one doll in front of him. I'll see if I can find a pic or two but if someone knows what I'm talking about please post the name here.
