I disagree. If you level up the thunder sword and the thunder spell to max, just keep hammering him with the lightning magic(eight slashes of death to all!!!) and refilling your magic if you don't have enough, you should be okay. Finally found this thread again now that I have more to add!
Chaos(Final Fantasy 1/PSP) I swear, this guy pissed me off SOOOO badl When I had him down to his last few hundred HP, he went and used Curaja! WTF! I was barely hanging on at that point, but by some miracle, I didn't die(thank god, that would've taken hours)
Chaos(Dissidia/PSP) Why does this guy have 3 separate forms? Hell, even if it was just the one form, his EX Burst literally took up 3/4 of the field(which was small enough to begin with!)!!!

In Mass Effect, I hate it how they would put difficult fights at the end of long cutscenes with no option of skipping the cutscene. That part where you'd get Liara out of Therum and have to fight the Geth + Krogan battlemaster comes into mind (and the fight versus the Armature + Stalkers a few minutes before that).
