in the latest chapter the marine HQ was moved over to the otherside of the redline. i would like to know is fishmen island on that side and is the a chance the nobles has taken over that island?

Fishman island is located directly under the red line, directly under Mariajoe.

It is pretty much a under water cavern from what it's been described as.

Nobles taking it over eh, I don't know anything possible with fishmen island since we don't know shit about it. BUT we do know BEAST Jimbei is there, who 1 KO'ed Moria.

Yo, this question just occurred in my mind. Do you think the small group of people able to use the color of conquerer haki that Rayleigh mentioned are the D's?

specifically no cuz there are people who are not D's with kings haki
shanks and WB. but there are D's on ther list so IDK about that i just know he was not talking about the D's specifically.
