    This episode confirms it fully: Ino = 110% fail.

    On a side note: Standing on water requires a certain level of chakra control. And well all know Lee's terrible at chakra usage. So how exactly is Lee standing on water?

    lee has chakra control (evident by releasing the gates) he just can't use ninjutsu or genjutsu
