Maybe now that they need 3 captains in one shot, and not being there anyone besides renji and maybe Ikkaku...they decided to use Urahara's 3 days bankai method and someone among the lieutenants made it?

@Yoru The thing about Urahara's method is that Ichigo is the only one besides Urahara that has ever been able to pull that off with his method Urahara tested many people, but he was the only one ever capable of doing it until Ichigo came along.

Urahara says that Ichigo has even more talent than him which was true because of Ichigo's unexplainably massive pool of reiryoku and his incredible willpower. To say that they could attain bankai in 3 days would mean that they would have to be at least as talented as Kisuke which I find hard to believe.

Renji didn't use the same training method as Ichigo, but was simply experienced enough to achieve bankai.

I doubt that SS would authorize an unsure method to simply give shinigami bankai when yamamoto probably views this as cheating anyway.

Sorry bit of a sentence error there (very tired right now ) I meant to say fired one at Ginjou he did miss (purposely) but it was still in his general direction. So do you think Ginjou will get away, will Ichigo kill him, or will soul society have to deal with him?

I don't think that's to show that Ginjou got away, after all, ge got injuries here, so I think it's just a way to portray what he must be thinking.
