By kisukes group do you mean hirako and co?

And it's simple, aizen can release his shikai without calling it (assuming he has a bankai), but to be affected you need to see it. And what thsoe pages proove is that ichigo is not under the effect of the shikai, meaning he didn't see it. Unless there is a possiblity what unohana said is BS and when he arrives in the new world he gets pwned by the ''haha you thought you weren't under my shkai ''finger,slash''.

I don't see how her knowing them being alive or not is relevant. Aizen had plently of chances to put them in genjutsu 100 years ago.

But she obviously knows ichigo is not.

My point is maybeAizen can release his shikai without calling it like what Renji & Shinji did so at these pages I'm showing you, we don't know if he has released his Zanpakuto or not?

umm from what ive seen aizen smiles a helluva lot...

so, seeing as shinjis and renjis zanpakutos changed form when they released without saying anything, wouldnt aizens do the same youd think? dont most zanpakutos change shape in their shikais form? i mean, who's doesnt? they havent actually shown aizens true swords shikai form, only saying it puts someone under absolute hypnosis and it can change into any shape.

So i guess, maybe it does change shape and hes skilled enough to instantly show it as a regular zanpakuto so one doesnt know when they are being put under hypnosis. but to me, that just seems kinda stupid.
