All of the male Espada excluding Yammi: dead or defeated/MIA

if anything it's that Kubo treats both sexes equally. Everyone gets smacked around at one point or another.

Hitsugaya never lost to Gin. You mean Aizen.

If you ask me, that's more a fault of shounen in general than Kubo. In shounen women are never as strong as men, just simple as that, regardless if we like it or not.

So anyway, let's drop this silliness now, it's getting nowhere. If you are going to blame Kubo for the lack of strong women it's the genre to blame, not Kubo. Yes, we could ask him to be genre-breaking, but let's face it, he could probably not pull that off anyway. In reverse we could see no women fighting at all, or women appearing high in rank. Both Nel and Halibel were ranked as nr 3 espada, that's still nothing to scuff at, and we've seen the occurence of at least 3 female captains, one which actually BEAT nr 2 espada with some team play.

OK, I was watching Bleach with my friend, While we're watching Itchigo Vs Grimjow & Turn Back The Pendulum(TBTP) arc he's asked me the 2 following questions & i only answered him by" Hmm"
Q1: Why had Itchigo & Yoruichi used that rob-like to fly during SS arc if they know how to fly in 1st place?
Q2: Why hadn't any captain used his Bankai during their fight with Kensei or Shinji vs Tösen?
