I thought he was doing that so certain people would fight each other. Like Rukia vs. the 9th Espada because Gin knew the 9th Espada would use Kaien's likeness against Rukia. And this was while everyone was still underground, so now that everyone is above ground, moving rooms around has served its purpose.

Yeah for some reason when it was first revealed I didn't think to much about it or mind, but when I look at him now and more or less examine it its really weird... Hes got the actual head of a dog on him, its not even human/dog-ish, its just a freaken dog head lol, its so weird! I wonder what the rest of him looks like, if its human that would be kinda gross imo.

Koma's dog head can allude to his loyalty, which is a quality usually thought of when one thinks of a dog.

Thanks, though many dogs like meat so it is possible he eats raw meat like a stray dog.
