I am sure he will, maybe the opportunity hasn't properly presented itself, maybe Toads have some official de-briefing they have to do at Myoubokozan whenever a major change happens like Jiraiya's passing. If I'm correct it might take a little time.

Actually it wouldn't surprise me if the little bugger was enjoying a little free-time before his next assignment inside Naruto.

Why has Kishi kept something like this quite this whole time.
At the time I belived that the toad seal would play a very important role.(Not to say that it still won't)
But I mean what is kishi waiting for?

Jeez man why are you complaining? It took him almost ten years to confirm the 4th Hokage was Naruto's dad even though the hints were already given to us. Just chillax.

When he used the oil technique he wasn't in Sage Mode at all.
Jiraiya spend much more time @ Myobokuzan than Naruto did, ofcourse he's learned something besides 'just' the sage mode.

Well, Naruto doesn't have any used with the oil unless he is fighting someone like Konan.

Not sure what you mean,

a) The Sage oil used when Naruto was training, or

b) The Oil technique used by J-man when he fought against paper girl.

Option (b) is not a Sage mode technique. It is something Naruto can learn, or he may be taught. I think the Toads have more to teach Naruto, but I also believe that Naruto's next power up will be from learning to use more Kyuubi chakra and combining Kyuubi mode with Sage Mode.

Jiraiya's oil techniques were his own. It may be called a "Sage technique", but it isn't part of Sage Mode, or needed. Naruto's Sage Mode is perfect, Jiraiya's wasn't.

Naruto's final power-up is Kyuubi training.

It wouldn't hurt him to learn Water-element techniques (just for symmetry between him and Sasuke as "equal and opposite"). However, it wouldn't play a major role in a fight between them.

Why didn't Madara just trade eyes with his brother when he went blind? I'm taking a guess and say it didn't come across their mind. But even tho Itachi's eyes seem to have gone blind right before he died because they turned white or something, Madara still offered itachi's eyes to sasuke so they must still be useful to attain EMS. If blind MS eyes are still good to attain EMS, then there would have been two uchihas with EMS, that would definitely be a good thing in my eyes during those times of war but whatever lol
