When naruto enters sage mode without using his shadow clones, is he still limited to only doing two FRS or can he do more?

Yes, he's still limited to two FRS's while in Sage Mode as demonstrated in his fight against Pein.

I see, I thought since he doesn't split his chakra with the clones he would have more chakra to do more ninjutsu.

but kish already said naruto only can do two frs in the lastest chapter. actually it was pain but naruto didnt clarify or deny it...chapter 441 page 11. to lazy to find a scan page of it

The clone is an exact copy it can do anything Kakashi can do

If the real one is eating ramen. He makes a clone, then tells the clone to run around Konoha. Does the real one get the workout without the workout?

I doubt that he'd get the physical part (ie. muscle shaping) of the training. He gets the knowledge though. In a way, he'll know the pain from the workout.
