its just a normal summon mo916 that you apparently need to be synchronized with, something any1 can be apparently, i dont think any1 really created it, its just like summoning creatures, you dont know where they came from or who created them, they just come when you do the summon but if any1 actually created it, it can only really be 1 person and thats the SO6P.

Yes i was asking this because someone posted a theory where sasuke would defeat madara and become the ten-tails Jinnchuriki, which i now know is bull shit because if sasuke isn't synchronized with the statue, he cannot seal the beast within himself or seal the Hachibi and the Kyuubi inside it.

well from what ive read, madara want sasuke to be synchronized with it but is waiting for sasuke to be a bit easier to control so the theory is sound or atleast it can be done, but as you said, it is a bullshit theory since its such an unrealistic theory.

Do you think we'll see the individual tailed beasts in this battle? I realize their power is contained in the Heretical Demon statue, but I wonder if they would be more useful if separated and placed in hosts than in a single statue?

well we dont exactly know how the statue work, for all we know madara can channel the tailed beasts or the chakra from the tailed beasts from the statue, essentially giving the same effect as a jinchuriki. with that said i would assume, for battle, that they would be better off in hosts but it really is pointless if what i mentioned earlier in this post is how the paths of madara works.

Buzzkill: The Beast would be to strong and it wouldn't have had any impact on the Bijuu. And that's only if he's able to make one big enough to fit around the beast.
